Version of 23 August 2026. Fields marked [TODO_DANE_SPRZEDAWCY] will be completed with the seller's registration data before sales launch. This is an English courtesy translation; the Polish version is authoritative.

§ 1. General

  1. The online shop at annadtcreative.pl (the "Shop") is operated by [TODO_DANE_SPRZEDAWCY], registered in Poland, tax ID (NIP) [TODO_DANE_SPRZEDAWCY] (the "Seller").
  2. Contact: e-mail [TODO_DANE_SPRZEDAWCY].

§ 2. Products

  1. The Shop sells handmade greeting cards, decorative boxes and related items.
  2. Products are handmade single copies. Photographs show the specific piece; minor differences resulting from handwork are not defects.
  3. Products marked "made to order" and personalised products (with a name, date or dedication) are made to the Client's specification.

§ 3. Prices and payments

  1. Prices on the English site are gross prices in euro. Payment methods: card, PayPal.
  2. Delivery costs per the "Shipping and payments" page are added to the order. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties payable by the recipient.

§ 4. Order fulfilment

  1. "Ready to ship" products are dispatched within 48 hours of payment (working days).
  2. Personalised products are made within 5–7 working days of confirming the personalisation; sets and custom designs — 7–10 working days from design approval.
  3. The Client receives the tracking number by e-mail upon dispatch.

§ 5. Right of withdrawal

  1. A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason, by sending a statement (e.g. by e-mail) and returning the product at their own cost in unchanged condition.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Client's specification or clearly personalised (Art. 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU) — in particular cards and boxes with a name, date, dedication or made as custom orders. This exemption is displayed before ordering and requires separate confirmation.
  3. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the statement, not earlier than upon return of the product.

§ 6. Complaints

  1. The Seller is liable for conformity of the goods with the contract under Polish consumer law.
  2. Complaints may be submitted by e-mail with a description and photos; the Seller responds within 14 days.
  3. If a complaint is accepted, the product is repaired or replaced — and where impossible (unique pieces), the price is refunded.

§ 7. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

§ 8. Final provisions

  1. Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protections of the country of the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected.
  2. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint mechanisms, including the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
