Common questions

How long does an order take?

Ready-to-ship cards are dispatched within 48 hours of payment. Personalised cards and custom designs take 5–7 working days; in season (December, April–May) allow a few extra days. An express 48 h option is available for a surcharge.

Can I order a card with a name, date and dedication?

Yes. For ceremonial cards (First Communion, christening, wedding, jubilees) personalisation is included in the price; for others it costs about €3.50. The name and date go on a plaque, and I can hand-write a dedication inside — you preview the text before adding to cart.

The card I like is sold. What now?

Every card exists as a single copy, but based on a sold design I can make a similar composition — same palette and technique, never identical. Click “Order a similar one” on the product page and I will quote within 24 hours.

How are cards packed and shipped?

Each card travels in a decorative envelope inside a rigid, padded box that protects the dimensional embellishments. International shipping is tracked: about €9 within the EU and €15 worldwide.

Do the cards carry Polish or English greetings?

The sentiments on the cards are in Polish — that is precisely why customers of Polish origin in the UK, US and Ireland order them. If you need an English sentiment on a custom design, mention it in the brief.

Can I return a card?

Non-personalised cards can be returned within 14 days, no questions asked. Personalised cards (name, date, dedication) are custom-made goods and exempt from the withdrawal right — this is clearly flagged before purchase.

Do you make larger sets for one celebration?

Yes — most often First Communion and wedding thank-you sets, and corporate cards. Sets are priced degressively: 10 pcs at €7 each, 20 pcs at €6, 30+ at €5.50. Corporate cards with a logo start at 20 pieces.

What is the difference between the €13 and €21 cards?

The classic card has a single layer of embellishment and a simpler composition. The richly decorated card carries a dozen or more hand-shaped flowers, hot foiling, chipboard ornaments and layers on risers — the photos show the difference, and it is even clearer in person.

Will the card survive transport and time?

Yes. I use 240–300 gsm papers and acid-free adhesives, and every embellishment is fixed permanently. Stored flat, away from moisture and direct sun, the card looks new for years — many customers frame them.

Where do you ship from?

All cards are made and shipped from Poland, with tracking. EU orders usually arrive within a week; UK/US orders within one to two weeks. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs charges.
