Shipping and payments

Processing times

• Ready-to-ship cards — dispatched within 48 hours of payment (working days).
• Personalised cards — 5–7 working days from approval of the personalisation text.
• Custom designs and sets — 7–10 working days from sketch approval.

International shipping

All parcels ship from Poland, tracked: European Union approx. €9 (delivery ~1 week), United Kingdom, USA and the rest of the world approx. €15 (1–2 weeks). Orders outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties and import VAT — these are the recipient's responsibility.

How I pack

Every card travels in a decorative envelope inside a rigid box with padding that protects the dimensional embellishments. On request I ship straight to the recipient, with a note carrying your wishes — no prices or receipts inside (free).

Payments

Card payments and PayPal. Prices on the English site are shown in euro. The shop currently runs in demo mode — orders are recorded without charging a payment.

Returns

Non-personalised cards: 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Personalised cards made to your specification are exempt from the withdrawal right (custom-made goods) — details in returns.
