14-day returns

A non-personalised card may be returned within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Send an e-mail saying "I withdraw from the contract" with your order number and post the product back (at your cost, in rigid packaging — as it arrived). I refund within 14 days by the same method you paid with.

Personalised cards — important

Cards and boxes with personalisation (name, date, dedication) and custom designs are made to your specification. Under EU consumer law (custom-made goods) such products are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right. This is flagged on the product page, in the cart and before payment — and requires separate confirmation at checkout. In exchange: before making the personalisation I send the text for your approval, so we catch any typo together before the card exists.

Complaints

If the parcel arrived damaged or the product has a defect — write within 14 days of delivery with photos (of the product and the packaging, if it is transport damage). I respond within 14 days. Transport damage is repaired or the product remade at no cost to you; for unique pieces that cannot be recreated, I refund the full price.
