  • Order fulfilment — name, address, e-mail, phone, personalisation text: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
  • Accounting — sales document data: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
  • Contact and brief forms — data provided in the message: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — handling enquiries).
  • Newsletter — e-mail address: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, withdrawable at any time via the link in every e-mail).
  • Visit statistics — collected only after consent in the cookie banner: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

3. Recipients

Data is shared only with parties necessary for fulfilment: payment operators, carriers, hosting and e-mail providers, and the accounting office. I do not sell data.

4. Retention

  • order data — 5 tax years from the end of the year of the sales document;
  • correspondence — up to 2 years from closing the thread;
  • newsletter — until consent is withdrawn;
  • analytics — per tool settings, at most 14 months.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO) or your local one.

6. Cookies
